RESCHEDULING OR
CANCELLATION
Secure Your Spot: Your deposit guarantees your appointment or reservation, preventing any other clients from booking the same time slot.

Commitment: It helps us ensure that our clients are serious about their bookings, reducing the likelihood of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Fairness: Our non-refundable deposit policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. It allows us to allocate resources efficiently and maintain competitive pricing.
We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate your needs as much as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of your scheduled time, we may require a cancellation fee to compensate for the time and resources allocated to your booking.
DEPOSIT TRANSFERS
​You are allowed one deposit transfer for your booking. This means that you can reschedule your appointment once without forfeiting your deposit. However, any subsequent rescheduling will require a new deposit.

When you reschedule your appointment, your existing deposit will be applied to the new booking date and time. If the rescheduled appointment is within the scope of our cancellation and rescheduling policy, your deposit will be secure for the new booking.
MEET THE ARTISTS
LENISA
Lenisa has been working in this industry for 3 years now. She started lashing and soon took off with multiple other services. She’s from a small town down south and moved to Tacoma in 2015 where she obtained her Bachelors degree from the UWT. She fell in love with the small city and planted her business officially in March of 2021. She enjoys meeting new people daily from her work and serving the community. She knew that this was what she was called to do when she experienced an overflow of joy from the work she was doing with clients. Outside of work, she loves quality time with her family and her doggo Rocko.
THE TEAM
Level Up Studio also offers a variety of other artists and services all of which can be booked through Vagaro. Some services include Permanent Makeup, Lashes, Teeth Whitening and Tooth Gems.
