Secure Your Spot: Your deposit guarantees your appointment or reservation, preventing any other clients from booking the same time slot.

Commitment: It helps us ensure that our clients are serious about their bookings, reducing the likelihood of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Fairness: Our non-refundable deposit policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. It allows us to allocate resources efficiently and maintain competitive pricing.
We understand that life happens, and we want to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. This gives us time to adjust our schedule and offer the spot to another client.

If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a cancellation feewill apply.

​You are allowed one deposit transfer for your booking. This means that you can reschedule your appointment once without forfeiting your deposit. However, any subsequent rescheduling will require a new deposit.

When you reschedule your appointment, your existing deposit will be applied to the new booking date and time. If the rescheduled appointment is within the scope of our cancellation and rescheduling policy, your deposit will be secure for the new booking.

Lenisa started her business in 2020, right from her apartment, turning a passion into a purpose-driven journey. What began as a side hustle quickly grew into a full-time venture when she made the bold decision to leave her job at Sea Mar after three years.
Since then, Lenisa hasn’t just grown horizontally—she’s expanded vertically, offering coaching and training while building a strong team. It’s all about creating opportunities and helping others reach beyond their potential.
A proud University of Washington alum, Lenisa is passionate about community, education, and empowering others to break through their limits. She’s here to inspire, connect, and lift others up—both in business and in life.
