NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Secure Your Spot: Your deposit guarantees your appointment or reservation, preventing any other clients from booking the same time slot.

Commitment: It helps us ensure that our clients are serious about their bookings, reducing the likelihood of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Fairness: Our non-refundable deposit policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. It allows us to allocate resources efficiently and maintain competitive pricing.
RESCHEDULING OR
CANCELLATION
We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate your needs as much as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of your scheduled time, we may require a cancellation fee to compensate for the time and resources allocated to your booking.
DEPOSIT TRANSFERS
​You are allowed one deposit transfer for your booking. This means that you can reschedule your appointment once without forfeiting your deposit. However, any subsequent rescheduling will require a new deposit.

When you reschedule your appointment, your existing deposit will be applied to the new booking date and time. If the rescheduled appointment is within the scope of our cancellation and rescheduling policy, your deposit will be secure for the new booking.

LENISA, OWNER
Lenisa has been in entrepreneurship for over five years, starting with lash services and growing her business to cater to a vibrant and diverse clientele. Originally from Bremerton, she moved to Tacoma in 2015 to attend the University of Washington Tacoma, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree—and fell in love with the city. By 2021, she was ready to turn her dream into reality, launching her business with a mission to create a welcoming space where clients not only feel amazing but leave empowered and inspired.
With a deep love for community, Lenisa thrives on connecting with people, supporting local causes, and making a difference through her work. When she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying quality time with her husband, family, friends, and her two pitties. Whether she’s at work or at play, Lenisa brings warmth, passion, and positivity to everything she does.
